How does the free plan work?
The free plan lets you monitor one senior with daily email check-ins. There’s no time limit — it’s free forever. Upgrade when you need to add more seniors or unlock surveys and alerts.
What happens when I upgrade?
You’ll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. After payment, reply to our welcome email and we’ll activate your plan within one business day. We’re a small team, so we handle upgrades personally.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, absolutely. Email us at
hello@kinpulse.polsia.app and we’ll cancel your subscription and issue a pro-rated refund for any unused time.
Is the senior required to use an app?
No app required. Seniors receive a simple email each morning and reply with one word: “great,” “ok,” or “help.” That’s it. Designed to be as easy as possible.
Is my family’s data private?
Yes. All data is encrypted and we never sell or share personal information. You can request data deletion at any time by emailing us.
